You use your garage every day, going to work, bringing in the groceries or seeking tools for work in the home so why not protect it with a garage flooring? Smart Systems Plus offers many epoxy, urethane and granite chip garage floor coatings to choose from that are very durable and easy to keep clean. There are three different styles to choose from and five standard finishes as shown below. Metallic finishes can provide a unique decorative floor for the adventurous. We complete an extensive process of preparation that may include grinding your floor and filling cracks or chip marks so that any imperfections are eliminated before applying the coating. You will be impressed how bright, clean and functional your garage will be. Coatings can also be installed on walkways, driveways, patios and swimming pool decks. For marked or worn concrete our products will renew the existing surface and generate significant savings to the client by eliminating the hassle and cost of replacing it. If you have an uneven surface or you need to remove old coatings or pool deck, we use our state of the art diamond grinding equipment to ensure that the surface is ready for the new coating. If you have a business office or other commercial space our flooring will make it safe, attractive and clean. Our design staff will work with you to select the right kind of flooring that matches your preferences and budget.

Premium Epoxy Flooring

This is a four level system. Starting with the mid-level style we add a third layer of a full blend of acrylic urethane chip lock followed by a final heavy commercial industrial sealer that provides a high gloss finish, excellent durability and easy cleaning.

Mid Level

A single coat of self-priming base chemical epoxy, a light blend of multi-colored vinyl chips embedded into the base and sealed with a second coat of clear urethane.

Solid Color

A single coat of self-priming base chemical resistant epoxy. This is the most economical way to protect your floor.
